Cancellation Policy

0%, No amount will be charged for cancellations occurred less than 07 days prior to Tour date.
50% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred 02 days prior to Tour date.
75% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred 03 days prior to Tour date.
100% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred in Same Tour date or No Show.
100% from the total due amount will be charged for cancellations occurred in peak period (New Year, Xmas and Easter)
Cancellation fees for Airline or Transportation tickets, will be subject to its cancellation and penalty policy

Children Policy

Children up to 2 years, free of charge
Children up to 5.99 years, free of charge
Children 6-11.99 years will be charged 50% from adult rate
Children 12 years old and over will be charged full adult rate
Airline or Transportation tickets booking for children will be subject to child age at the time of booking.
Please advise about the children age and number at time of booking to get the final exact cost for the tour

Prices & Tipping

Tours rate currency is quoted in USD.
The price is quoted based on number of travelers so any Change on group size will affect the price accordingly.
This is a cost quote only and no reservations have been made yet, and neither has availability been checked. The final cost may vary marginally, depending on what hotels and flights we are able to confirm.
Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees to monuments, service charges, fuel surcharges, or dues after the date of the reservation will be added on the above-mentioned rates without any prior notice.
Our prices do not include any kind of any insurance.

Final vouchers can only be issued once Egypt Vibes has received full payment.
Tipping is not obligatory, it’s a way of life in Egypt to show their satisfaction & appreciation toward the well done provided services.
