Official Language: is Arabic but majority speaking
English and Arabic and if not do not worry, they will find a way to
communicate with you.
Religion: Egypt is an Islamic country, And the
Christian in Egypt, makes up about 15-18% of the population. Of
these, 90% belong to the native Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria
with the other 10% comprising of the Coptic Catholic Church, the
Evangelical Church of Egypt.
Currency Exchange Policy
The price of the dollar in Egypt is variable, as well as all currencies
according to their price in the Central Bank of Egypt, so there is no fixed
number, and trading with you can be calculated according to the price of the
day.
Exchange can be done at the airport banks, banks, and exchange offices and
ATM machines in hotels and the main shops in tourist areas are likely to
accept credit cards and foreign currencies, but smaller restaurants and
stores are unlikely to, especially the further you go out into the desert
and away from the tourist areas. Souk traders will expect cash.
Payment Methods
• There are 2 accepted ways of payment in Egypt:
• Credit card (Online Payment Fees 3% of total amount will be added).
• Bank transfer (excluding banking fees according your bank regulations).
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals,
transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused
items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up
to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
We reserve right to adjust the tour cost in accordance with the fluctuation
of currency exchange rate or amendments in local government taxes

Check in & out Policy
• Hotels official Check in at 15:00 hrs. & Check out at 12:00 hrs.
• Cruise official Check in before lunch at 12:00 hrs. & check out after
breakfast at 08:00 hrs.
Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and the hotel may
charge extra for the same.
Extra bed rates would be charged after 2 full paying persons in a room.
However, in case of an extra bed request in a single occupancy room, double
room rates would be charged.
Room Types & special requests:
• Triple Rooms are usually twin or double room with roll away extra bed (not
3 standard beds).
• Twin rooms or King Size bed rooms are subject to availability in check in
date as cannot be confirmed in advance.
• In case accommodation special request: we can confirm only when we get a
hotel confirmation otherwise it will be according their availability upon
check-in time.
• Room Allocation is usually done by the hotel at the time of check in. We
cannot guarantee any specific view room also the rooms offered are the base
category rooms in the package unless otherwise confirmed in inclusions.
Nile Cruise Notes
All Nile Cruises Have a Fixed Weekly Calendar for Embarkation and Sailing as
the Followings
- 03Nights / 04 Days from Aswan Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 04Nights / 05 Days from Luxor Every Thursday, Saturday & Monday
Kindly note that we have a few cruises on Monday from Aswan and on Thursday
from Luxor.
• If your arrival time to Aswan is so early, so we will start the tour
direct upon arrival as the cruise check in time at 12:00 and we do not want
our guest waste their time waiting at the lobby for check in
• Cruise itineraries may be changed without prior notice due to navigational
circumstances may be in sequences but not in visits.
• The itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, road
condition, flight, type of class and operating conditions In this case, we
will do our best to visit all sights mentioned on the itinerary & the
included items.
Weather in Egypt
The climate of Egypt is a hot season from May to September and a cool season
from October to April.
With average temperature of 35 degree Celsius in summer and 10 degrees
Celsius in winter
Dress Code in Egypt
We recommend wearing comfortably and prober dress code according the
traveling month to enjoy your tours to the maximum (Comfortable Shoes,
outfits, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, dresses , pure cotton) Also get
glasses, sunscreen, and a hat because it is sunny during the day.
In the winter, please bring a heavy coat or jackets, especially in the early
morning and during the nights, because in the winter, Egypt is very cold,
and umbrellas should be brought to avoid rain in the winter and the heat of
the sun in the summer.
The hot shorts not recommended specially at religious places in mosques &
churches women should wear a head cover. & hot shorts allowed in resort
cities like Sharm, Dahab, El Gouna, Marsa Alam and Hurghada.

5. Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required.

6. Enjoy the country as much as you can. Egypt is not just any country.
7. Be prepared for extra charge, there are many additional charges that you
need to be aware of such as Tut-Ankh-Amon Tomb & Seti I tomb if you like to
visit it at the Valley of the King, and entry into the burial chambers of
the pyramids , All of these places that have been mentioned and other
additional places are only optional and it is not necessary to visit them,
but they are available with additional tickets if you want to visit

1. Do not drink tap water.

some areas, it is forbidden by law).
