Electronic Visa

You can apply directly For Electronic visa once you Confirm your chosen hotel Accommodation, we will start to send you Egypt Visa proposal on our company letter head with your passport details and include all your travel package details Accommodation, Flights and day wise itinerary to let you apply on Egypt Visa online portal and you can pay for visa fees by your credit card on the same portal and Cost 25USD$ Per Person and it take 03 to 07 working days.

Visa upon Arrival
Once you arrive at the airport, you will be asked to get a visa from any bank at the airport before the passport control. The visa cost is $25 per person and you get it after 10 minutes.
Documents Required For Egypt Tourist Tour
✔ Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel
✔ Visa Form. (To be filled by the applicant)
✔ Covering Letter
✔ Hotel Confirmation
✔ Day wise Itinerary
✔ In case of Child Student ID Proof
✔ Confirmed Return Ticket (or ticket with Live PNR).
✔ Personal last Six months Original Bank Statements with Bank Seal.
✔ Mobile Number & Email Id of Applicant.
✔ 2 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) with white background and semi matt finish. 35 x 45mm, 80 % Face view
Important Notes:
✔ Flight Tickets Revision: It is recommended to reconfirm your flight timings directly with your travel agency or the airlines to avoid any issues due to schedule change done by the airlines.
✔ Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months prior the arrival date to Egypt as some airlines set a condition of this minimum validity in order to avoid any problems while check in to the flight.
✔ It is the responsibility of the tourists to check and hold valid travel documents like passport and Visa till the end of the tour. In case any travel document like visa is refused, expires or is cancelled by the authorities, the tour participant will have to meet all the contingencies arising therefrom and to meet all expenses consequential thereto. The Company will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matters.
Airports: Arrival & Departure Services
Arrival Transfer: Upon your arrival at any airport inside Egypt, Egypt Vibes highly qualified tour coordinators will greet you at the Meeting Point showing a sign with your name, escort you throughout Customs, Immigration, Facilitate the Visa Process and the baggage claim & portage then transfer to your hotel by our luxurious Vehicles. Check in and prepare for your adventure to begin.
Departure Transfer: Upon departure, transfer to any airport inside Egypt by our luxurious Vehicles. Egypt Vibes representative will meet you outside the airport and escort you inside to facilitate the baggage claim & portage, check your tickets with the airlines and at the immigration to the Visa desks who will assist you at the counter on departure.
